About Me
I’m a lecturer and researcher based in Glasgow, working across strategic management, leadership, and research methods. My PhD explored how organisations identify and retain talent, particularly within developing economies. I enjoy turning complex ideas into practical learning experiences that help students and professionals grow.

My Story
I started my academic journey in Banking and Finance before moving into International Management, where I became more interested in how people, strategy, and performance interact in real organisations. That curiosity eventually led me to a PhD in Management, where I explored how talent is identified and retained in the Nigerian banking sector. Along the way, I discovered how much I enjoy teaching, explaining difficult ideas, and helping students build confidence in their own work.
My path hasn’t been limited to academia. I’ve worked in customer service, managed a business, and built a small photography brand — experiences that taught me a lot about people, systems, and what makes organisations function well. These roles shaped the way I teach and research today: practical, grounded, and focused on the human side of work.
What I can do for you

I help students, teams, and organisations make sense of complex ideas by breaking them down into practical steps. Whether it’s leadership, strategic management, risk analysis, or research methodology, my focus is always on delivering learning experiences that feel accessible, relevant, and easy to apply. I take time to understand what people need so I can guide them in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. I’m patient, clear, and genuinely invested in helping others grow. My goal is always to leave people with more confidence and clarity than they had before.
I also support research and insight work, from qualitative studies to publication development and project-based collaborations. My experience spans talent management in developing economies, market research, and organisational strategy, and I’m comfortable working with teams to shape ideas into clear, well-evidenced outputs. I enjoy turning raw data into meaningful insights that leaders and researchers can use. I bring structure to projects that need direction and attention to detail. Whether I’m co-authoring a paper or contributing to a wider project, I aim to make the process smoother and the outcomes stronger.
Beyond teaching and research, I offer guidance on dissertation writing, research design, and academic communication, and I regularly deliver guest lectures and workshops. If you need someone who can explain, simplify, and support with clarity and purpose, that’s where I add value. I approach every interaction with the intention to empower rather than instruct. I listen carefully so the support I provide actually meets your needs. And no matter the task, I focus on creating an experience that is thoughtful, engaging, and genuinely helpful.
